What is your car insurance responsibility to a thief’s blood in your car?
bari asked:
My car was broken into and the insurance company wants me to drive the car while the thief’s blood is still in it. The areas are being replaced - inner door, glove compartment hood, leather seat - The parts take 3 weeks to get in and they wont pay for my rental car (I DO have rental insurance with them.) while the car is just sitting there waiting for the parts to come in.

It depends on the policy. That blood is a bio hazard and you should not drive it till it has been removed. Remind them that the health department would not recommend you be exposed and that this technically makes the car undriveable. Try this site, if you want to find your best or cheapest car insurance just in few minutes,
Here you can get free quotes from different car insurance companies in your area, its the best way to find an affordable car insurance with a reliable company.
Hope this help, anette
