Lexus. Aside from your list: for a first time driver, I would start with a Cheap used car... its gonna go thru hell and back for the first few months. I'd opt for a Pontiac Bonneville/Buick Le Sabre, because they are utilizing a proven engine/transaxle that are almost bulletproof and any parts are relatively cheap. Then in six months if you wish to upgrade to a newer car you can probably recoup the money spent to buy the car as a trade-in.
