What is a good reliable car for a couple with three children in car seats?

My daughter needs a new car, but she has a 2 1/2 and 4 year old and is trying for a 3rd child. What would be a good car with good gas mileage that would accommodate 3 car seats? Is there such an animal?

Yeah a minivan or a hybrid SUV are the only vehicles that will fit the bill.
