    We have internationals offices car rental - AVIS.
    But I Should the LOCALIZA RENT A CAR. This company is possible to drive from Fortaleza until Natal or Salvador without necessary return to Fortaleza. You leave the Car in Salvador or Natal without taxes.
    The principal international flight is São Paulo, next 2 hours by plane from Salvador. But Fortaleza is the mid way to US.
