Their 4 wheel drive system are considered more rugged in design than others in the market. Any subcompact or compact from this maker is good. This is an opinion and I cannot substantiate it. I bought a versa and love i average 545 miles per fill up. Just remember to turn off the a/c prior to going up hills or getting on the freeways, 4 cyl are weak especially when the a/c is running. nissan or toyota, they have good amounts of torque.
