Keep having car starting problems, any suggestions of what is wrong?

I have a Mazda 626 1998, and I been having starting problems since I brought it 3 months ago. I have around 109,600 miles on it. I got the battery replaced, and terminals. When I start the car sometimes it start, and than sometimes it don’t, sometime it starts after 20 mins, and then sometimes it won’t start to the next day or day after. When I hold the key I just hear clicking, when I let it go the car turns on but all the warning lights stay on. Do anyone have any suggestions on what is wrong? I will appreciate it.

What is causing more car to make a loud clicking sound whenever it is powered on?

I have a 2002 Ford Explorer and all of the sudden there has been a loud consistent clicking noise coming from the back left side of the car. I opened up the protective cover and the noise is coming from a black plastic box. There are no warning lights that have appeared yet. Should I be conserned? It does not seem to be affective the car’s performance, however, it is extremely annoying. Thanks for any suggestions on why this is happening!
