How much would the car insurance be roughly, ill only be using the car for about 40 days and i am not from the USA (im English)
Don’t say rent a car as i will not be old enough (19 when i go)

Well, I found out the car was in an accident (the dealer said it had not been) but what concerns me is that it says that “the insurer has not yet paid out the claim”.
Does this mean the repairer of the car has not yet been paid, and if so, if I purchase this car, will it make me liable for the payment?
Please help!
