Can I attach a car battery to an electric fence wire just by the leads?

Thanks for answering. Oh I see, of course, it has to have a pulse!!
I am not sure if I can connect it with original box.

How often should a car be waxed in California?

This seems to work fine as long as I make sure to wax the car right before the HOT part of summer. Any other recommendations? My car is a silver sedan.
