CM:] asked: i am paying a settalmant figure of £3,300 for higher purchase on my car, they will not put it in writing but will give me a reciept to say that the amount recieved is a full and final setalmant and my car will be mine. but im worried about doing this… as the original setalmant figure they requested was £4,900 and i can only afford £3,3000, could they pursue me for the rest or take my car?
or should this all be fine with the reciept?

Does 20000 miles really challenge the engine mechanically? Another question is how well the cars drive after 100K? Take the example of Acura of Infiniti. Can you keep them easily till 200K if you keep doing the regular oil change?

Chuya asked: I know someone who “says” they purchased a car and their check bounced so the finance company repoed the car without calling them to warn them about taking the car back. They say it was the banks fault about the check having bounced.
I don’t think the bank would have taken the car back, I think they would have given them a chance to replace the check with cash.
I think this person is lying what do you think?
