dolltrashed asked: If you hit a snow bank, for instance, and there is no damage but a tow truck has to pull you out - what happens? Do you call the police? Do the police come if no one was injured? Do you get a ticket? Would you get some sort of written proof about the accident? Would they pull out your car and let you go on your way?

lala_c asked: I was planning on buying a second hand car from a dealership. I got the serial number of the car to do a Car Proof check.
Well, I found out the car was in an accident (the dealer said it had not been) but what concerns me is that it says that “the insurer has not yet paid out the claim”.
Does this mean the repairer of the car has not yet been paid, and if so, if I purchase this car, will it make me liable for the payment?
Please help!
Thanks!

I bought a car on Jan 5th 2008. I am 19 years old. I bought a Malibu for 360.00 a month and i have changed my mind. They were asking for more documents but said i couldn’t return the car because the bank approved, which they wouldn’t give me any proof. Also that i signed a contract. I did not like the service in the aftermath. I wanted to return and get something better but they said i can’t return it within a year.
