The process has been done in the past to defraud people into buying a car that’s not worth as much but I’m just trying to work this out so I can insure my car with full coverage.

We are moving to a new city and I have basically one day to take care of so many things, the car, the apartment, the new contract for the new job, there is no way I can find time to go to a mechanic. The people who are selling it offered me the phone number of their mechanic to ask him questions. What should I ask him?
ANY advice is appreciated.

soon to be deleted asked: After replacing the plugs and wires my car continues to shake and idle hard, a guy at Auto Zone ran a test with that computer thing and says ignition 2 is misfiring. I told I did everything right after the people at this other garage said there is a spark.
I was told many possible causes and remedies, but I want more info and advice before I go to a dealer.
Right now, i put a bottle of that fuel injector cleaner in, so I’ll see what happens. I’ll go from 87 to 89 gas to see if that helps (my car has 150, 900 miles)
I would attempt to change the coil pack but it’s hard to get to in my Dodge Stratus.
