Car has new AC and Serp. belts.
Squeals when heat is on and car idols low. When it squeals there is a visible dimming in the lights. Loss of power?

nobody asked: In Montana military are exempt, period. We don’t pay taxes on car registration, it costs less than 10 dollars to register you car. I just got out of the military but my husband is still in. We want to know what we need to show our bring since the phones are not being answered down there and it is a long drive to just ask a question. He is not on my title, do I need to put him on my title? Can two people be on a title?

I don’t need to know the gory details. Just want a frequency, broken down my major or minor.
Luckily, I have witnessed very few. Like less than 5 in over 40 years. I feel I am very fortunate. I sometimes wonder how many other people witness - because a person does see a lot of “remnants” of a wreck.
