LueLue asked: A friend’s car was repossessed during an insurance investigation, he was unable to go to work because the insurance company didn’t finish the investigation in ample enough time. The insurance company was going to give him $2500 to get the car fixed before the investigation. Now the insurance company is saying that they are going to pay him for pain & suffering and the damages to the car. Are they going to buy him a new car being as though there was no fraud?

Yessirrrrrr asked: I refuse to purchase a new car with the way our economy is right now. I am looking at some 2year old vehicles with less than 30k miles. I don’t want a car over 30k miles, but mileage should play an important factor in the decision making process. How do you feel about mileage on used cars?

My current car insurance policy runs out at the end of the month and I will not be renewing with them. I am getting a new car approx 2 weeks before the expiry date. Can i start the insurance with another company and ‘overlap’ the insurance ?

Society Freak asked:
My insurance company said they need the car title before they can give me insurance on the car. This doesn’t make any sense, the dealer say they cannot hold on to the car once it’s bought because it’s not their responsbility anymore. But I need to buy the car to get the title and the title won’t be processed for 1-2 weeks. So once I buy the car I need to take it home but that means driving without insurance, what’s going on here is it okay?

So my boyfriend doesnt have a good driving record so he wants to buy a new car, put it in my name, but he would pay for it and drive it. If he drives the car, and gets pulled over, am i going to get in trouble or is he? Will i have a bad record or will he? Is this okay to do?

I need help. I am looking to buy a used car because I don’t find a need to buy a new car anymore. I want either a coupe, hatchback, or sedan that looks young and sporty. Preferably 2004 and up. Under $15,000. Not an american car. At the same time I am looking for a car with good horsepower and torque. Preferably car with more than 200hp. Any ideas anyone? Year/Make/Model

Timothy asked: What are those little boxes that come on most financed used cars called? The boxes that you have to type the code into that you get when you make a payment or else they lock the starter.
My new car has one and I was just wondering exactly what they are called. Anyone know?
Also, I don’t have bad credit, I just turned 18 in October and I actually already have a credit card. So bad credit isn’t it, it’s limited credit.
