What type car alarm could scare someone if he or she touches my car?

I was wondering what kind/type of alarm would be the best, so next time a neighbor tries to put their crap on it, the car alarm would go off and scare the hell out of whoever is touching my car.

What can I do about cars parked outside my home illegally?

How would I stop someone from siphoning gas from my car without a car alarm?

Okay, I did think of the locking gas tank. And also, I can’t park in a garage, and not many people park on the street on my block, so that would be conspicuous. But there is also a way to drain the gas tank without having to siphon typically.

Thanks, I’m not sure yet who I want to pick as the best answer. Though, some of you guys are hilarious. =)
