Andrea Jones asked: I’m looking for a used small sized car that has a good gas mileage. We already own a big car but it doesn’t have very good gas mileage. The main purpose of this car would be for a 30 minute commute to and fro work every single day. My price range is around $5500, and I’m looking for a car that is no more than around 10 years old. What type of car(Year, Model, and Make) would you recommend? Thanks.

Libby asked: I have had the pressure in my tires checked and I use my cruise control whenever possible. My car, a 2003, which I bought in August, has dropped from 30-32 miles per gallon to 24-26.

Jessica asked: At what mileage do cars really tend to go? If I get a car with about 80,000 miles and only drive 10,000 miles a year then it should last me at least a few years, right?

southpaw0727 asked: I am in the market for a new car, with around a $5000 budget. I want a good economy car, most likely a 4 cylinder, but I want it to be able to go fast when I want it to. For example, I have a friend who keeps talking up his Saab 900 turbo. What are some cars that get good mileage, but still have some power.
This question was deleted the first time and I don’t know why, but it does not make me happy.

Larry W asked:
I had just bought a 2001 Saab 95-SE with 77,000 miles on it. The motor blew 3 days later, and the dealership has replaced it with a used engine with similar mileage. How much is the value of the car depreciated? The kbb value is $8000 retail.

Ya Ya asked:
My daughter needs a new car, but she has a 2 1/2 and 4 year old and is trying for a 3rd child. What would be a good car with good gas mileage that would accommodate 3 car seats? Is there such an animal?
