When buying a used car from a dealer are they supposed to provide current auto registration?

I just bought a used car from a Toyota dealership and noticed that the tags on the license plate are expired. Are they supposed to provide current tags for the vehicle registration? Shouldn’t any vehicle have current tags especially ones for sale at dealerships? Any information would be great. Thanks.

What should I do when I see children in a car without a car seat?

Twice in the past few weeks I’ve seen cars with multiple young children inside that are clearly not in a car seat or secured in any way. The kids are roaming about as the car is moving! As a parent, it really upsets me to see other parents endangering their children’s lives this way. What should I do? I don’t feel safe confronting the parents.
