What could be causing a squeaking noise on my car?

I drive an 02 plate Astra 1.7DTi .. When the car has been running for a while a squeaking noise occurs when I accelerate, usually from 40mph upwards. It’s more of a squeak than a squeal and is more prominent after the car has been running a while. It doesn’t seem to affect the car’s performance too much, if at all, so I’m assuming maybe it’s a belt problem?

What is causing more car to make a loud clicking sound whenever it is powered on?

I have a 2002 Ford Explorer and all of the sudden there has been a loud consistent clicking noise coming from the back left side of the car. I opened up the protective cover and the noise is coming from a black plastic box. There are no warning lights that have appeared yet. Should I be conserned? It does not seem to be affective the car’s performance, however, it is extremely annoying. Thanks for any suggestions on why this is happening!
