I wasn’t driving, therefore it wont be on my driving record only my criminal. I was wondering if a car insurance company checks criminal records while you have insurance with them? The case was resolved through “stay of adjudication” which means if i keep my nose clean for a year it will be dismissed.

How does rental car insurance offered by credit card companies (when you use the card) work?
