Bailey Forester asked: Ok it is the end if the year and a car dealer has 20 cars left unsold for that year. What happens to those 20 cars? Does the dealer change the sticker to the next year or do they sell them to rental companies or send them back to the factory? If they are sent back to the factory what happens to the car then? Is it disassembled and melted down or sent to overseas markets for sale? Also do dealers buy a certain number of cars for each year based off of previous sales?

Leo asked: I’m planning on getting a car here in Utah. I went to get the loan and they told me I’d have to pay for the sales tax for the car I buy. How much would that be in UTAH?
Is there a difference between buying a car from a dealer or from personal owner?

Loz asked: Hi,
My budget is £8000 and I want to buy a brand new car. I would like to know whether I can re-sell the car to the car dealer after 3 years and how much would this or another dealer buy it for approximately after 3 yrs service? Apart from insurance + car, what else should I pay for? Thanks.

Gale F asked: I plan on purchasing a used car from a local dealer, and go shopping at several car dealerships. What is, in your experience, a reasonable, most used interest rate for the car loan financed through the dealership?

Skytide asked:
I just bought a used car and brought it back home. I noticed several things that I asked the sales manager about. The explanations ended up to be false, so he basically lied to me about certain items inside the car. Can I do anything? Please help!
Well for example, I asked him about these spots on the clear plastic piece for the instrument panel. He said it was just from the spray they use for cleaning and it can just be wiped off. I couldn’t get them off at home.
I also bought from an official Infiniti dealer. Does that make any difference?

mazinger asked:
I know doing so will ruin my credit history but heck, I don’t mind with what I’m gonna be saving if I return the car! I’m prepared for the consequences.

ergo sum asked: I’m a first time buyer searching for a used car. I’m told the dealer will generally not tell when not asked. What can I ask the dealer about the car that he/she is obliged to tell me? Do I have to research the VIN myself or do they provide a detailed history upon request?
Also, how do you know you are getting a good price on a used car? I know that new cars devalue immediately upon purchase, so how can I tell I’m getting a good price?
Any other info would also be a great help. Thanks to everyone!

This will help to talk about the deal.
Thanks.
