thomas asked: I’m an automotive paint technician with over 10 years experience as well as body repair skills from the US and I would like to move to Australia. My question is what kind of salary could I expect to make there? Here in the US I can earn between $40,000 and $65,000 a year.
I have a wife and young daughter so I need to make sure I would be able to support our family on the average pay there.
Thank you!

kody asked: What was the old school automotive paint they used to use called, I think it was a lead based paint and that is why they stopped using it. I’m pretty sure I remember it was sposed to have a deeper finish. Anybody know what I’m talking about? I can’t remember the type of paint or finish that was, or what it was called??

qcfx2a asked: I have to spray paint a certain styrofoam sculpture for a friend but the thing is I’m gonna be using automotive acrylic and we all know that would melt styrofoam. Now I heard there’s something you could apply to the styrofoam first which would prevent it from melting when spraypainted on.
Btw, I’m sticking to automotive acrylic and telling me to use another kind of paint is out of the question.
