How to get rid of a broken financed car?

Aaron R asked:
I financed a car about 4 months ago and now the car keeps breaking on me. I bought it used and purchased the best extended warranty the dealer offered.
So a few weeks ago the car breaks and I take it back to the dealer for service. But no dealer will touch the thing because it has “aftermarket” parts installed. I was not informed when I purchased the car and the warranty that the car had these “aftermarket” parts. So now I’m stuck with a VERY unreliable car and a completley useless extended warranty.

Please help!
I would like to get rid of this thing and get another car.
