KE=.5mv^2

Solve this way(e1=energy 1)
(v1)^2/(v2)^2=e1/e2
(v1)^2/(v2)^2=2600/e2
(v1)^2/(9v1)^2=2600/e2 (As  second velocity is 9 times the first one,second vel =9v1)
Now (v1)^2 will get cancelled
1/9=2600/e2
cross multiply and solve
