They will want to inspect the vehicle for damages, and close the contract. It is not their responsibility to call you, and, if you do not hear from them, you should make every attempt to contact them. The penalties for a late return can be severe, and simply failing to return a leased vehicle because you have not heard from anyone, will not save you from these penalties......
