Is there an import car culture in London? If yes, where is the best place for me to start looking?

It’s not London, but the MaxPower exhibition is usually held at the NEC in Birmingham in June or July. There are hundreds of Euro nad Asian imports on display there & you could get some club info. Plus it’s a fun day!
