Boric acid is just that, acid. It will damage the carpet, seats, etc...
Sprays, foggers and motels will not all of them that made a home inside the seats from underneath access.

The best product I found was Bengal Gold (not Bengal regular). It is now available online:

Be sure to spray underneath seats and cracks/crevices plus floor borders and even cracks near cloth ceiling, back & front window. Don't forget other openings such as vents, speakers, etc... Not inside but around the borders of speakers, vents, etc...

Foggers etc... seem to keep the population low but didn't eliminate them like this Louisiana product. Carole Q

Ewwww. But yeah, quick and easy way? Get a bomb (fogger) and place it in your car overnight (preferably over the weekend or when you don't have to use the car the next day). Then, take it to the car wash, cleanse it thoroughly and make sure that all food remnants are not in the car. Skeptical777

Any product containg Boric Acid , such as Harris roach tablets, which have been around since the 1940's should correct this problem. johnmcdonald12000

First of all, don't leave any food crumbs in your car....keep it clean or roaches will consider it home. You could spray it really good and roll up all of the windows. Or, put some roach motels under the seats and in the trunk. God I hate roaches ! nightcrawler
