Only thing I can recommend, if you live in the city, is state insurance. There should be a listing of places that offer it. It is the best deal I think for someone your age. Its the cheapest thing going……….. if price is an issue, sounds like it is.

It depends on many many factors. Such as your state and Zip code, the state requirements for insurance, the coverages you want, and any discounts you may be eligible for. If possible, the cheapest route in general is to be added to your parent’s policy.

TOO MUCH……You’re better off going under your parents or guardian’s insurance policy. That way you pay whatever low price they’re paying.
