Turning... When turning the car sticks to the road far better due to stiffer lower suspension reducing body roll and bouncing. When you turning into a curve you feel the vehicle lean the opposite direction. Being lowered reduces this effect. Acceleration... Reduces the body roll from front to back. Stiffer lower suspension provides the vehicle to travel on a more level plane thus providing more evenly distributed weight to provide traction to the wheels. Don't forget when lowering your vehicle you need to invest in a Camber kit which can be around 150 - 200 beans extra. This allows the wheels to be line up correctly on the ground, if you didn't use a kit. You would have uneven tire wear and you would lose all benefits to having your car lowered other than the appearance of course. It will help the car handle better since it's center of gravity is lowered, but depending on the type of car you have, you may need to upgrade your shocks or you could blow them out shortly after lowering the car. It is also highly siggested that you get your car aligned once your lower springs are installed since lowering the car will cause the geometry of the suspension to change.
