I live in NW Arkansas, we have hail too. Once as a hail storm was approaching, my wife and I covered her car with two thick comforters (quilts). It looked funny and the neighbors laughed, but our car didn't have dents in it, theirs did. Try parking under a tree, or on the leeward side of a building to minimize damage. Other than taking it to a covered area, like a car wash, there isn't really much you can do. I don't know of any product other than carports reasonably priced that might work. Keep full coverage insurance and hope for the best. Good luck!

There really is no way to protect it from hail if it is parked under the sky.
