		<description>Wind chill, the temp has nothing to do with the operation of the car. If your in a cold climate like say Minnesota where the temp hits as much as fifty below, put in a radiatorHeaterr to keep the engine block warm for starting, keep a good battery in it. Make sure you have it tuned every fall. You shouldn't have any problems.
      When I lived up North, I had two engine heaters in my autos and trucks I never had a problem. It hit fifty below more then once.</description>

		<description>Cold itself won't harm your car, but snow will help it rust out faster and some fluids don't particularly like freezing, but aside from that the only other issues i can think of is that snow isn't to wonderful on the paintwork. Freezing and thawing doesn't help many things, but generally cars are darn durable.</description>
