I've never heard of a supplier doing that; those machines are expensive and it takes a while to go through a stick of exhaust tubing with all of the ready-made systems available now (even for dual-exhaust and "custom" systems.) You may end up installing many pre-bent pieces and using the bender for some oddball stuff. That being said, start with Gator Products in the STL area.
