I think what you have is cars made by Johnny Lightning. In the late 60's early 70's Topper made these. The quaility compared to Hot Wheels and Matchbox was pretty poor. I have no idea how collectable these are. I think they are junk. Some of them may have a slot for a race track that was also offered. A tab went into the slot so the car could be launched at the top of a ramp, a friend of mine had one. Ten or fifteen years ago the name resurfaced as part of Playing Mantis. They have offered movie cars, and various other themes. The quaility of these is second to none and the detail for cars in this price range is excellent.
