I had an existing heart condition that escalated while attending automotive technology school. I didn’t foresee it to be an issue when I enrolled, but it slowly got worse. I had to drop out and the bill went into collections. I am trying to get it taken care of. Are there any laws that would help me to get the bill reduced? What laws would this situation be associated with?
