Matthew G asked: I’ve asked my neighbors many times to stop having their guests park outside my home, in front of my driveway. Most times they just reply that they had nothing to do with the parking, and that they would ask their guests not to do it in the future. It pisses me off.
Can I call a tow company and have them impound the cars or what?

rockpaperchrissy asked: I recently had some problems with my car in which I had to take it back to the local dealership and a special engineer flew in to diagnose it. They finally came to a conclusion saying it was a defected car and they’re sending a proposal to buy it back. But if the proposal is too low or just unreasonable I plan on hiring a lawyer and sueing. What kind of lawyer would be right for this situation?

I’m trying to learn how to make some extra money on the side and I’ve considered buying cars at car auctions and reselling. I just want to know if that is legal and if not what do I have to do to make it legal?

I bought a car on Jan 5th 2008. I am 19 years old. I bought a Malibu for 360.00 a month and i have changed my mind. They were asking for more documents but said i couldn’t return the car because the bank approved, which they wouldn’t give me any proof. Also that i signed a contract. I did not like the service in the aftermath. I wanted to return and get something better but they said i can’t return it within a year.

Friend got served because he couldnt pay his car note loan however he turned the car in already. What happens?
Ok so basically my friend got a loan from the bank for a new car. However he lost his job and couldnt pay the bill anymore. So he still kept the car without paying for a few months on. Then he finally turned the car in but still got served papers. What usually happens in court over this situation?

I’m planning to install a power inverter in my minivan with a long long battery life so I can run an air conditioner and stuff with the car turned off. This will give me more room inside and also keep away the hydrogen gas which builds up during battery charging which is explosive. Any suggestions are welcome as well. Thank you kindly.

A.J. asked:
My apartment building had my car towed because I didnt have current tags on it. So I went to pick up my car today and drove it right across the street to the gas station. I noticed that my car now needs a front wheel alignment and the back tires are bent in. They look like a bow-legged person, you know \——-/ <-- like that. I went back over there and they had left because it was past closing time. If they refuse to pay to get it fixed, how do I go about sueing them or getting reimbursed from the company if I pay for it myself? Should I call the local news and put that company on blast? I really need advice because lord knows I dont have any extra money!

What are the laws in Arizona if you don’t make your car payment and hide the car? I know someone who hasn’t made their payment in at least 3 months and is hiding the vehicle. I DO NOT CONDONE THIS IT’S A FRIEND OF A FRIEND; I THINK ITS WRONG! Maybe if I present facts this person will be wise and just turn it in!

My sisters car got taken away this morning. When my mom woke up to take our dogs out it was gone. They didn’t call or leave a notice. But you could see the car had been dragged away because there was tire marks following out of our driveway. Is it illegal for them to take the car without notifying my parents.
