CJ 78 asked: Is there anything really good for cleaning automotive grease off of floors. I work at an automotive shop and the floors are horrible. I mop it up and it gets the worst of it, but they still look bad. My boss would buy expensive stuff that claim they are top of the line, but yet to see a difference. I even cleaned the floors by hand one day and they looked great, but the next time i tried to mop, once again they didn’t look clean. Any suggestions?

Tracy W asked: My son works at an automotive shop and gets oil and grease on the light blue shirts and dark pants. I have tried “shout” and that doesn’t work well, it lightens the stains but not very well.
Does anyone know a good way to clean these items?
Thanks.

Link asked: My car has a leak somewhere because my windows always have condensation on them. It creates this smell that isn’t very good. I have some of that damp rid to help with the moisture. What type/scent of car air freshener would work best to cover up this smell.

JTR2b asked: Long story short- yesterday, my fiance and I were in the car. I was putting on my make up; he made a sharp turn, and my mascara brush smashed into the car upholstery. Any suggestions for removal? Thanks!

Dave asked:
I’ll make this short and sweet. Had a car war last night, they got me back with deodorant steaks on my window, mirrors and everywhere. So basically I tried the classic “hot rag and elbow grease” combination and lets just say it didn’t work out too well. I still have left over steaks here and there for the most part it’s off but it still is there…so basically what can I do to eliminate it from my car? I need this gone fairly soon so the sooner so….help?

Petra H asked:
I have a brand new car with cloth car seats. I gave a friend of mine a ride home last week and unfortunately he was pretty sweaty. Now the seat has an awful odor and when I leave the car closed up, especially on a hot day, the entire car absolutely REEKS!!!
This is really embarrassing as I have only had the car now for 2 weeks. I tried Febreze, but when I opened the car the next day, the odor was still there.
What can be done about this problem?

What can I use to get rid of (not cover up) the nasty cigarette smell in the headliner and interior of a used car that I just bought for my daughter? Great deal on a nice car she really likes if we can get past this one bad point. Thanks.

Abby Ivey asked:
I had my oil changed and the attendant smeared grease on the beige cloth interior of my car. I used a stain remover (Turtle Wax Oxy Interior 1) but the largest & darkest spot of the stain is still there. Is there anything I can do/use to get the grease out? Brand new car!
