i am paying a settalmant figure of £3,300 for higher purchase on my car, they will not put it in writing but will give me a reciept to say that the amount recieved is a full and final setalmant and my car will be mine. but im worried about doing this… as the original setalmant figure they requested was £4,900 and i can only afford £3,3000, could they pursue me for the rest or take my car?
or should this all be fine with the reciept?
