To start with find the problem then take the steps to fix it (i.e design errors a total recall on the vehicles that were effected then fix the problem whay????

As a former employee at Misubishi Motors, I know that problems can not be fixed straight away. It depends on what is the problem your talking about, but if the issue was that we are not selling enough vehicles for the month/year and we are losing too much money as time goes by and that the goverment and the parent company can no longer help us with cash advances to survive and do major upgrades, then as Manager I would seriousley look at cutting the staff, the work force, management etc….
I would do this in accordance of decreasing vehicle production as well. As Manager, I would use these method’s as last resort. We need to sell vehicles, promote it better, add more features at the same price and so on. Big Kev
