who asked: I had an existing heart condition that escalated while attending automotive technology school. I didn’t foresee it to be an issue when I enrolled, but it slowly got worse. I had to drop out and the bill went into collections. I am trying to get it taken care of. Are there any laws that would help me to get the bill reduced? What laws would this situation be associated with?

I am a pretty talented artist though, and I pick up things very, very quickly so I should have no problems. I am pretty young, only 19 years old, but I have a very respected and strong reputation as pretty much THE artist in my area. I come from small town america in the lower central part of Illinois and there is pretty much NO ONE that does that kind of work within hundereds and hundereds of miles in here, and the demand is DEFINATLY in hand with all the Harley rides in and out of the area.
So I was trying to decided how much I should charge per hour to do such work. So if you know anyone that does work alikened to this, ask them how much they are paid. If possible, could I have a low end per hour charge, and then the highest possible end.
