Person76 asked: It’s featured in an arcade game, in which two children on opposite ends of the car have to pump the crank to make the car move. You step on a pedal to make the car tilt over, and you step on both to make it jump.

JerichoX asked: A woman pulls a shopping car with a force F at an angle of 35. The car mass is 20kg and its friction coefficient is 0.05. Find:
(A) The force the woman needs to apply to move the car with a constant velocity of 1m/s.
(B) The magnitude of the normal force and friction when the car moves at constant velocity.

Na asked: The “low gas” light came on last night and I decided to wait till today to get gas. The car was parked on a slight slope and now it wont start. Does the slope has something to do with it? I have a 1996 Sebring.

rockpaperchrissy asked: I recently had some problems with my car in which I had to take it back to the local dealership and a special engineer flew in to diagnose it. They finally came to a conclusion saying it was a defected car and they’re sending a proposal to buy it back. But if the proposal is too low or just unreasonable I plan on hiring a lawyer and sueing. What kind of lawyer would be right for this situation?

Vince C asked: I live in Minnesota and during the winter my car doors tend to freeze overnight. The car itself doesn’t run as well either after a night in the cold. I’m wondering if there is something I can buy or build to store my car overnight to prevent this, because I can’t park it in a garage.

bari asked: My car was broken into and the insurance company wants me to drive the car while the thief’s blood is still in it. The areas are being replaced - inner door, glove compartment hood, leather seat - The parts take 3 weeks to get in and they wont pay for my rental car (I DO have rental insurance with them.) while the car is just sitting there waiting for the parts to come in.

Terry Socia asked: I’ll be pulling a car 200 miles and heard it may affect the automatic transmission.
I am thinking about starting the vehicle, put it in neutral and let it run the whole way and really don’t know if this would even help and then I am afraid it may run hot with limited air flow through the radiator compartment.
Any suggestions besides pulling the drive shaft or putting it on a car hauler

You can pull a car forever if it is a “standard” transmission.

Yessirrrrrr asked: I refuse to purchase a new car with the way our economy is right now. I am looking at some 2year old vehicles with less than 30k miles. I don’t want a car over 30k miles, but mileage should play an important factor in the decision making process. How do you feel about mileage on used cars?
