Jill asked: 2″ of rain water was sitting in the floorboard of my car yesterday. The speakers were making loud noises but I finally got that to stop. Now the horn blows and lights flash when I try to turn on the vehicle. I tried to pull the black box (by the fuses) that says ‘horn relay’ but I couldn’t get it out. Any suggestions on what to do? Thanks.

When you turn it over all it does is clicks once in the starter relay. We tried jumping it with another car and there was no power in the terminals. We had the battery, alternator, and starter check at auto zone and they were all working. The ground wire is mounted to the frame and is rusting. Since the terminals have no power is that because the ground doesn’t have a good connection?
