~mother of 2 beautiful girls~ asked:
I have been involved in a lot of environmental work sinced I educated myself with global warming. I own a car, but it’s a truck. I really want to get rid of it and trade it in for a hybrid car. I heard that hybrid cars don’t have the best life span and also more expensive to maintain (to fix), and the battery cost a lot if it dies. Could someone please tell me more information about hybrid cars?

I recently bought a car and used a razor blade to remove a bumper sticker that had been left on, but there’s still some adhesive residue. What can I use to remove the adhesive without damaging the car’s paint job?

mynx326 asked: I have a 1994 Mercury Sable and it has been overheating. I took it to Tuffy and they said it looks like the integrated control module or relay module has gone bad.
He didn’t charge me anything to check out the car because my car is so old his software isn’t compatible. I am quite mechanically minded and car-literate, but I have never heard of this part and I can’t find anything about it online. From my understanding it regulates the fuel pump, cooling fan, and a few other things.

x asked: This is for a character in a book - he is mid-twenties, successful salesman, arrogant, and cheated on his wife.
What kind of car does he drive?
Also, why does he drive it? Why did it appeal to him?

HALEY W asked:
Two weeks ago I had the front driver tyre changed and ever since I’ve had an intermittent judder @ 70mph. I think that the tyre change is a red herring as I have subsequently had all my wheels balanced, the car has been tracked and all tyres have been swapped around to establish if any of them were faulty. I reckon that the judder is a mechanical failing but what could be the cause of it, will it be expensive to rectify and could it be dangerous? It is a 55 diesel fiesta.

I have no idea what the answer to this would be. Inertia is restistence to change in motion, but I don’t understand how my small car made out of index cards and film caps for wheels would exhibit this.
